Single room and a double room available

I have a single bedroom available, which has been tastefully furnished. With a bed, (bedding provided )wardrobe, chest of drawers and a tv point. In the communal lounge/diner there is comfortable seating plus dinning room table and chairs and a tv. You have the use of a shared bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. All bills are paid for including free WiFi and a cleaner comes in once a week.
