House Location:

Located in the village of Kilve, 1 mile from the beach and easy access to the Quantock Hills AONB this house is located:
- 30 second walk from the village shop;
- 30 second walk from an excellent village pub;
- 30 second walk from the nearest Hinkley Point (~20min to get to work) bus stop (Minehead Bus route) or 20-25 minute cycle to site if preferred.

The house has been recently decorated and modernised. Lodgers will have access to:
- Spacious newly decorated and furnished rooms with each with a bed, a new mattress;

This is a non-smoking house with live in landlords.

We want respectful tenants who will leave an area as they expect to find it. The kitchen and bathrooms will be cleaned weekly by us but we expect the area to be kept tidy.

Both landlord and tenant shall give at least a 1 month notice period, unless the tenant does not keep to the signed lodgers agreement, the landlord can immediately remove the tenant from their property.
