There are a number of ensuite rooms or rooms with private bathrooms - locks on bedroom doors for your privacy. In the communal lounge and kitchen you will find all appliances and it is fully equipped.
Situated to the north of Bridgwater the location has great access to J24 on the M5 and Hinkley Point - there is also a Hinkley transport bus that stops at the site.
All bills included - onsite parking, super fast Fibre optic broadband, Gas, Water, Electric and Rates, so all you pay is 1 monthly amount! Linen, duvet and pillows can all be provided. So all you need is your clothes! We also provide a cleaner once a a week to clean the communal areas.
The price quoted is based on a 12 month rental contract. Please note we do not accept couples or pets in this house.
