King-size, ensuite room in Victorian farmhouse

This is a warm, cosy, well-furnished and self-contained room. it is part of a Victoriam farmhouse but accessed independently, with views onto the garden. It has a large bed, Sky TV, fridge, kettle and microwave, and a weekly laundry change is included in the price.

It would only suit a professional person working away from home, who returns home most - if not every - weekend. There is hanging space and drawer space, but no room for loads of 'stuff'. Nor are there cooking or laundry facilities - think hotel room rather than bedsit or studio.

Greenway farm is set in lovely surroundings just off the A39 a mile outside Bridgwater, with a dog, 2 cats, 2 horses, geese and sheep. There is a Budgens garage and Greggs 100 yards yp the road for shopping and fuel.

Our last tenant loved it so much he stayed 7 years before becoming ill and having to have more care.
