En-suite bedroom in a large shared flat

Hi. We have a large, fully furnished, 5 bedroom flat rented between 3 people. One of us is moving out so we are looking for a replacement. There are two ‘spare’ bedrooms that are used as shared communal rooms (study, storage, gym.... so there is plenty of extra space).

The flat was brand new when we moved in, furnished and modernised to a high spec. Flat screen TVs in all of the rooms, en suites and a brand new kitchen with a large American style fridge between three of us.

There is dedicated off road parking, all bills are included and your own en-suite bathroom. We also have a cleaner included in the price, who usually attends every couple of weeks to clean the communal areas.

The flat is within a 5 minute walk of Bridgwater town centre and the Hinkley Point C walk and ride bus stop. (The train station and bus station are both within 5 minute walks as well!)

The room is available now and we are looking for a clean and respectful housemate that will be up for a bit of socialising after work.
