Shared house

Hi. I have one room to let in Bridgwater for long term. Room will be empty by 1st of May, but I'm happy to show you around earlier.
We have parking space just in front of the house and garden.
HPC bus stop 5 minutes walk from home.
We have dog so you must love animals to live with us.
We are looking for someone reliable, who would be able to look after our dog in their free time, when we are away ( 2-3 times a year) of course we will pay you for that :)
Water, gas, electric council tax and internet are included, but we don't have TV licence as we don't watch TV.

We are very easy going couple, we work double day shift (week 1 - 6-14, week 2 - 14-22).
We both don't smoke and drink occasionally.
