- - About Us - -
We are Chloe and Colin. We are a couple who are seeking to let out their spare room. We are professionals who work a mix of shifts in healthcare and would like someone to join us who would like to become part of the household. The price includes the room, all bills, WiFi and use of amenities. We also have two friendly Cockapoos who are keen to make a new human friend!

- - Your Room - -
We have a spacious double bedroom available which is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables/lamps and a chest of drawers. There is plenty of space to put a hanging rail in the room should you wish to purchase one.

- - Bathroom - -
There is a bathroom available next to the bedroom which you would have sole access to. Contains an over the bath shower and plenty of space for toiletries.

- - The Rest of the House - -
There is a bright kitchen/diner area including a dishwasher and washer/dryer which you would have full access to. We have a modest back garden with space to socialise and have BBQs in the warmer weather.

- - Parking - -
We have a long driveway with space for two vehicles and we also use the space outside the front of the house.

- - The Location - -
We are in a quiet new build estate just off Junction 24 of the M5 approximately 45 minutes from Bristol and Exeter. There are plenty of green spaces around us if you enjoy walking. We are very friendly with our neighbours and often enjoy a cuppa or a games night with them.
