Looking for a lodger for a quiet, friendly house share with me and my resident dog (who firmly believes he is part of the interview process and will absolutely expect you to say hello).

The house is calm, clean, and probably best suited to someone who wants somewhere peaceful to come home to after work rather than a party house.

Location-wise, it’s close to HPC bus routes, shops, gyms, cinema, takeaways, etc, so pretty handy for most things.

The room includes:

* Double bed
* Triple wardrobe, bedside table & chair
* TV
* Fast WiFi
* Blackout blinds (ideal if you’re doing shifts)
* Your own cupboard + fridge/freezer space
* Kitchen & bathroom access
* Washing machine
* Bedding provided & washed weekly
* Fortnightly room cleaning
* Off-road parking available if needed

Rent is £650/month, with a 2-week deposit required to secure the room.

No smoking/vaping inside the house, but outside/garden is absolutely fine.

Viewings are in person where possible, or video call if you’re not local yet.

Also, in the spirit of honesty: I recently deep-cleaned the room in tropical temperatures for a viewing, only to get completely stood up 😅 so if you message, please do actually turn up. My faith in humanity (and my hoovering enthusiasm) can only take so much.
