1 double room with private bathroom on same floor

1 double bedroom for single occupation with own bathroom (bath and shower) on the same floor. Bedroom has 1 queen size bed with TV and starge within the bed frame. 2 large wardrobes and a small desk/dressing table in between. (Plus two plants I'm desperate for someone to look after as I forget they are in there)

House is a new build (2016) 3 bed town house with garden. My room is on the top floor and my office is on the 1st floor where room for rent is but that's all. The bathroom will not be used by anyone other than the tennet on that floor.

There is a modern kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and cooking facilities all to be shared. W. C downstairs which will be communal.

Room to rent looks back onto the garden.

I have a beagle. So must be good with dogs.

Room avaliable to view from Monday 19th August.

A cleaner will be employed for communal areas but still looking for a very clean and respectful tennet.
