No locks currently on bedroom doors (with view to alter this), so would want to meet and know tenant before considering - good references required x2 from previous landlord and family or friend for character reference
I own a Pomeranian (Monti), Cat (Barney) and Guinea Pig (Greta - stays in living room and regularly cleaned)
Animals toiled trained
Cat mainly indoor with litter access
Dog comes to work with me
Pets considered - but not a cat or dog as mine would not get along with them
