Double room

I am a professional private lady of 59, I have 2 rescue cats, a tortoise & fish, looking for a trustworthy lodger as sometimes I'm away with work to come & go as they please but to also respect my home & privacy when I'm there especially until I get to know you, I'm very easy going, love a good banter. You will have the privacy of your room & will not be disturbed, the use of the bathroom, also another toilet downstairs, kitchen & garden. I ask that you're clean & tidy, you can vape in the house but no smoking, only in the garden, the house is not far from junction 24,7 minute walk to bus pickup.
Hinkley Point preferable, ages 30-67 only
Car can be parked on my drive, I have space for 3 cars.
Bed change & room cleaned every 7-10 days.
