Kitchen with washing machine. Gas hob. Electric Oven. Fridge. Freezer.
Living Room with Table, Chair. Space to dry washing, space to be other than in bedroom.

I will pay. Gas, Electricity. Water. Council Tax. But not Broadband, TV as I assume most will have mobile broadband.

The property has been rented under a Normal, Assured Shorthold Tenancy for years. They have vacated. I have painted through. But not replaced carpets and may try to sell at some point next year. These things do not happen immediately. Hence the tenancy in the interim.

If your tenancy works well. I may not be so keen on selling? You could enjoy almost the entire property only occasionally seeing me and sharing the space when I'm around.

The property is modern at 20 years old. But not as high spec as others. Rent reflects the opportunity/ privacy offered for right tenant to enjoy the property whilst I attend to some maintenance and decide what to do with it next year.
