The house is a two bedroom coach house based in the newly built stockmoor village area. This is very close to the M5 Motorway Jct 24. It is a quiet close with lovely neighbours. The room is a double with lots of space.
There is a garage which you're welcome to use for storage and a small garden.
There is Broadband/WIFI. Sky TV. Washing Machine/Dryer. Fridge etc...
If you are a smoker you are welcome to smoke outside. There is plenty of parking on the road and it's permit free so need for one.
All bills are included - you will be sharing with myself, I am very laid back and go out a few evenings a week and am also working all week so you will have the house to yourself at times.
