House is 4 bedrooms, I have the master en-suite room on the second floor. House has two other bathrooms, shower room and toilet on ground floor and toilet and bath on first floor so lodger would have use of own bathroom along with choice of one of the bedrooms listed below.

Room 1 - Double room large built in wardrobe, bedroom is 10ft x 8ft, including bills and use of own bathroom

Room 2 - Large double room with huge built in wardobe, bedroom is 15ft x 10ft, including bills and use of own bathroom

House is clean, relaxed, warm and friendly with fibre optic broadband, double glazing and gas central heating.
Use of kitchen and washing machine.

I have a small female dog (Jack Russell X Chihuahua) so you must be ok with pets, she is well trained.

Landscaped garden and patio with lawn area and large garden bench. Parking is available on the road outside of the house.
