Double room available immediatley

I am looking for tenant who is honest and feels like home from home. This is a family home as I have my youngest boy and he is 16. If you have children, they are more than welcome for visits. I am pretty easy going and only have one stipulation and that is privacy. The Room is a double, shared bathroom, spacious garden and complete access to the rest of the house downstairs. I have two cats, no dogs allowed. There is a driveway which you can be used. It is quiet area with access to college, local shops and a short distance to town.
