we live in Wembdon in a very quiet cul de sac decent parking on our drive for upto four cars ,house has central heating and comprises of a nice sized double bedroom furnished with a leather arm chair and a wall mounted tv / DVD player and and a double bed / bed side table , tv unit can be used as a desk also with a swivel chair.
Shared bathroom with a bath and shower .
Wembdon is close to Bridgwater so walking distance to town and Hinkley buses stop near by.
Use of cooking and washing facility's
Wifi included.
We do have a lab collie cross who's very friendly so You must like dogs .
No smoking inside the house ok in the garden .
Possible long term as previous lodger of 3 years has moved to Bristol.
Hinkley point only 5 miles away so perfect for anyone working on either Hinkley A , B, or C
We require 1 weeks rent in advance .
Room is £120 per week .
Possible weekends but prefer a Monday to Friday lodger.
Washing and ironing can be included at extra cost if needed .
