Professional House Share - Bridgwater

I have a double room available in a nice period house near Bridgwater town centre. The house is in good condition with mostly new appliances, furniture and new double glazing throughout.

The house is a registered HMO with an accredited landlord, meeting all amenity and fire precaution requirements. It is located a 2 minute walk from Bridgwater train station and a ten minute walk from the town centre with all it's amenities. There is on road parking near to the property and a garage for one car on the back of the enclosed rear garden.

The bedroom is furnished and equipped with a 32" flatscreen Smart TV. There is a double bed with two sets of bedding. The communal areas are professionally cleaned and there is a shared kitchen/dining area with fast broadband throughout. There is a downstairs bathroom with shower, a separate shower room and an upstairs WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, undercounter freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. Plus pans, plates, glasses, utensils, etc.

I am looking for tidy and considerate people to share the house. This house would suit professionals such as Hinkley Point workers. The 'P' bus to Hinkley Point stops just outside the front of the property making for easy commuting.

The price includes all bills and council tax. A deposit and references are required.
