Ideal Hinkley A39 double room live-in landlady

I have a double room to let in a large Edwardian mid-terraced house on the A39 route to Hinkley about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and 10 minutes from the HPC bus stop on NDR. The occupants are me, and one male lodger. (HPC employee) There is a large upstairs shared bathroom/shower and shared facilities including breakfast room, kitchen and garden. The house is spacious and comfortable. I am a retired teacher and looking for a quiet but sociable lodger to share my home. I don't mind what language they speak or their ethnicity as long as they value a harmonious household, and are clean, quiet and respectful.
