About the house
Beautifully refurbished semi detached home with village vibes in leafy Long Ashton.
Front and rear garden, greenhouse, bbq etc. Really light and air-y house with far reaching views of the fields/woodland nearby.

20min flat cycle on the cycle path to the harborside or an easy hop on the bus to town.
Co-op, bakery, post office etc. are a 60 second walk away.
10 min drive to the big Sainsbury/Redpoint.
On street parking. Never an issue finding a spot. Space for bikes, storing kit etc.

Amazing trail running and cycle routes within feet of the front door.

3 Bedroom house, I use one of the bedrooms as a kit dump/office.
If you’re into gardening you’d be welcome to make use of the greenhouse and beds etc. Currently trying to encourage my courgette seedlings to grow…

About me
Early 30’s, work in autonomous systems research, think bio-inspiration and drones. I am into all kinds of outdoor sports so have quite a stash of climbing/caving gear, bikes, canoes, paragliders etc. I am usually off doing some adventure or other. I really love to cook and designed my kitchen with that in mind.

I cycle into Clifton pretty much every day for work but do occasional WFH.

I have had lodgers for over 10 years – first in Plymouth and now in Long Ashton. I’m pretty chill and hope you enjoy calling my house your home as much as I do.

Sadly no pets or smokers.
