Spare room available

Hi, I’m Henry, I own a two bed flat in Keynsham and have a spare room available. Would prefer a more short term let but potentially open to longer term. Ideal scenario would be a shorter term contract with rolling monthly thereafter.

The property is a short walk from the train station (6 minute train to Bristol Temple Meads). Top floor flat with the entire footprint of the building (no party walls) that primarily has views of greenery.
Two bedrooms, shared kitchen / dining / living space and a main bathroom. My room has an en-suite so I don’t use the main bathroom much.

The spare room has in-built storage, a desk, a large mirror, blackout blinds, and a bed (small double). The bed is a wall bed, so can lifted away to provide more space if required. Very easy to do so and it lifts away with duvet & pillows in place - no need to unmake the bed.

In terms of additional facilities there’s:
- off street parking space
- washing machine
- tumble dryer
- dish washer
- internet, Sky, BT, Netflix, etc
- fortnightly cleaner
- bills included
