Cosy small double room in beautiful surroundings

Hello, I'm Nicola, and I live here with my daughter, 13, who is sometimes with me and sometimes with her father. We're looking for someone who enjoys the countryside and is happy to come here and chill and relax, read, cook and enjoy the place, and is respectful, clean and tidy. The property is a lovely old miner's cottage, with a big open kitchen, a sunny, private south-facing garden, a bathroom opposite your bedroom, and a very snug lounge with a woodburner.
I work from home, and ideally want someone who doesn't, so we don't get under each other's feet. Someone who can talk to young teenagers and is easy to talk to and nice enough company. We won't mind if you want to relax in your room after work - totally get that - but equally, we expect basic courtesy and happy to chit chat while you cook or spend time downstairs. During the week we're really busy with work and school stuff so I'm looking for someone who understands busy schedules, is accommodating, and happy to help out with tidying up after yourself. I'm happy to hoover your room while you're away at the weekend, and can wash your sheets etc if you strip your bed. The bedroom is small but very cosy, with a brand new mattress and a chest of drawers for storage.
