Two rooms coming available 22 March

Two comfortable rooms. One in in a 6 bed licensed HMO which is being refurbished right now, and the other is right next door in an unlicensed 4 bed HMO. All rooms have storage beds, smart TVs, integrated fridge/freezers, kettle, toaster, microwave and built in wardrobe and storage cupboards. There are interlinked smoke alarms throughout and lockable bedroom doors (fire doors to be fitted soon).
Landlady is currently sleeping in a large motorhome on the driveway but has the run of the houses and garden along with two Jack Russell cross dogs.

Lovely warm comfy homes next door to each other with nice people and a friendly atmosphere. We all enjoy a good chat together and landlady often cooks for everyone. Smoking is allowed in the conservatory of the 6 bed HMO and garden but not in the houses themselves.

All bills are included and laundry facilities, broadband etc. Photos to follow when the rooms are completed but open to viewings now.
