Looking for a new lodger to fill furnished double room. Must be in full time employment.
If the room is only required mid week or just the weekends rent can be negotiated. If partners stay at the property regularly there will be an extra charge.
Quiet home Monday - Friday can be a bit more lively on the weekends (after restrictions ease).
All bills included, lots of living space so it’s hard to get on top of one another.
The only expectation is rent to be paid on time, clean up your own mess and to be respectful which obviously works all ways. Full use of everything in the house, if you’d rather an unfurnished room that can be arranged. Minutes walk from the seafront. Parking can be tricky but generally fine weekday evenings.
