2 x double rooms central Burnham on sea

Hi I am looking for 2 people to occupy a 3 bed terrace house in central Burnham on sea. The property was newly renovated in 2021. Walking distance to shops and beach.

There are 2 double bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with shower over bath. Down stairs there is a small double with access to outside and a shower room en-suite.

The lounge has a log burner. There is a modern kitchen diner with breakfast bar and access to back garden. There is a garage for storage and a yard with back gates leading to one or 2 small parking spaces.

Due to previous experience i won’t be allowing any pets in the property. I have priced the rooms expecting them both to be let if one person or couple would prefer the whole house I would consider this.

Currently the whole house is basic furnished. Beds bedroom furniture small sofa and arm chair. Kitchen items. All bills are included.
