I am offering a double room to rent to a quiet, clean and tidy professional person who has their own home to go to most weekends or 10 on 4 off. It would be just the two of us in the house so your personal possessions are safe.

You will have full use of a modern bathroom. Clean bedding supplied. Shared living room.
There is off road parking.

Room and house cleaned weekly. It’s not en-suite but the bathroom is right next door to your bedroom and solely for your use.

All modern cons in kitchen including your own undercounter fridge and two cupboards for your groceries.

I have a small friendly little dog which sleeps in my bedroom in his little bed.
