Detached House in lovely quiet area

I have a recently modernised house to share with a clean and tidy professional gent Mon - Friday although not vital for the right person. Shared living room. My home is always warm and cozy.
There is off road parking.

Clean bedding supplied and room and house cleaned weekly. It’s not en-suite but the bathroom is right next to your bedroom and solely for your use.

There is also a large part furnished third bedroom which you could use as a TV room or a study if required.

I would like you to feel at home and relaxed here with myself and my little dog.
