Modern detached house. Double bed with double cupboards, 2 side tables and lamps. Sole use of main bathroom that has a shower over the bath and a medicine cabinet and mirror above the sink. My 3 year old cat sleeps in the 3rd bedroom. Use of lounge, dining room and kitchen. 2 free cupboards in kitchen. 2 free shelves in fridge, i shelf in freezer. High speed broadband (500Mbps) Off-street parking. Large pergola to the rear of the property that runs the full width. Quiet close, 2 minutes walk from Hinkley C pick up point. 5 minutes walk to the pub and Tesco. I am quiet and respectful and looking for the same. Cleaner once a week included. I am very neat and tidy and house proud. Extremely comfy home. Will suit someone who works at Hinkley C.
