I am looking for a professional person who has a full time steady job and a regular income. I will require you to arrange your rent to be via electronic bank transfer on a weekly basis.
The room is a good size with a double bed (bedding provided if required),bedside cabinet, bookcase large chest of drawers and hanging rail for clothes storage, also TV if required. The bathroom has a full sized bath with electric shower over and is shared on occasions.
The house is located on the Tesco estate which is within easy walking distance of about 20 minutes to the town centre and beach.
The kitchen and its utensils is a shared space with your own cupboard and Fridge and freezer space. There are two small dogs living in this property. If you are interested in this room please message me to arrange a viewing. Please be able to provide identification and proof of earnings.
