Double room for rent

Hi, this is a peaceful, garden flat in a market town. I have a double bedroom available to rent. The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed which has a new mattress, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
There are all the usual amenities- central heating, wifi, TV, washing machine etc.., with a shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. There's also a little garden at the back.
There’s parking on the road outside and it’s a short walk to the shops, railway station, and surrounding countryside.
Mon-Fri rents are possible too, with the rent adjusted accordingly.
