We have 3 double rooms available to rent in our shared houses in Chard. Just a short walk from Oscar Mayer, Numatic, Tesco and the shops and bars of Chard High Street.

House is shared with 2 females and 4 males, all working. The rooms come fully furnished with new furniture and rent includes all bills, council tax, regular cleaner, wifi and a free house Netflix account!

House has 1 shared kitchen, 2 x shared bathrooms and 3 shared toilets.

Rooms start from £130 pw all inclusive.

Deposit of £200 is required. All applicants must be able to provide references and proof of income. No couples.
