- Situated in quiet area close to countryside and only 5 mins walk to town

- You will have the fridge/freezer and cupboard space, full use of the kitchen and dining area

- Well situated 25 mins to Taunton/M5: Yeovil, or Jurassic Coast. Exeter can be reached in 40 mins. Trains at Axminster/Crewkerne or Taunton.

- This room is a lovely double room (inc double bed) with it's own en-suite (shower, toilet, sink) and double wardrobe

- The neighbours are very quiet

- Parking is available on the street but it can be competitive

- Room is furnished

- Rest of the house is fully furnished with a large dining room (including dining table), kitchen with double oven, living room and courtyard garden

- Looking for someone professional, trustworthy, clean, tidy and not too noisy
