Flatmate for partially furnish large room in Chard

A large partially furnished (with sofa, table, and chair) double room is available on the first floor of a 1 bedroom flat in Chard on Crewkerne road. Very close to Lidl, Tesco, and Numatic. Free car parking is available at the back of the house. Peaceful and green surroundings. You will be sharing the flat with one Indian lodger (my wife is likely to join me from Jan. 2022 onwards...) and working as a research scientist in the biomedical industry in Axminster. The rent for the whole flat is 500 PCM. The flat has an electric oven and electric heating and the electricity bill goes around 55 pounds PCM. The council tax for two people is 144 PCM. No water bills. Thus total bill goes to 700 PCM which will be shared between the two. No Internet. TV ports are available in the room. Strictly looking for, a professional guy, who: (1)- stay at least 6 months; (2) is neat and clean and leaves especially the bathroom and kitchen clean and tidy after use; (3) No loud music, no gathering of friends inside the flat, no smoking inside the house at any place; (4) - share responsibly in clearing the bins alternatively. If all the above terms and conditions are acceptable and happy, you're most welcome.
