Calm, tidy flatmate wanted to share my lovely new

Double room with ensuite. Furnished with double bed, 2 bed side tables, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.

House has a small garden. It's a new build so currently a bit of a desert but I am hoping to set up with a veg plot & wildlife area next year.

Would consider quiet couple but would need to charge a bit extra for rent to cover extra bills.

Would also consider small pet (no snakes tho - sorry!) Would need to be like his/her owner - quiet, calm, tidy.

Off road parking available.

I'm not a cook and prefer to do my own thing in the kitchen. We would share the kitchen space and a sitting room (with Smart TV) tho. I also have some traditional board games!
