Double room with ensuite. Furnished with double bed, 2 bed side tables, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. TV socket also available in the room.

House has a small garden. It's a new build so currently a bit of a desert but there's a bird feeder and I am hoping to set up with a veg plot & wildlife area next year.

Off road parking available.

I prefer to do my own thing in the kitchen - you'd obviously have free rein to do your own thing too, just not the house for you if you want communal cooking. We would also share the sitting room (with Smart TV and should be getting Disney+ in the new year :-) ).

I like my own space and will completely respect you to have yours.

£575/month rent is for single person. £825 for couple. Would consider having a small/medium-size dog here subject to him/her not being left alone for long periods. Not safe for cats though and I am phobic of snakes - sorry!
