Peaceful home, 1/2hr Bristol Airport

Very commutable to airport. I am also very happy with having a lodger who does shiftwork/unusual work patterns.

Walking distance to two gyms (one with sports clubs) and a swimming pool. Cheddar also pubs, supermarkets, butcher/deli, pharmacy, library...

Best of both worlds being only 45 mins to bright lights of Bristol but walking distance to the tranquility and greenery of Cheddar Gorge and only a short drive to all the nature reserves on the Avalon Marshes.

Only 30mins to Wells (on direct bus route) & 45mins to Glastonbury.

In terms of the room, you'd get a double room with your own ensuite. Room furnished with double bed, 2 bed side tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and TV.

Also shared use of washing machine (no tumble dryer), airer, dishwasher, iron, pots & pans, crockery, fridge-freezer space etc (all the usuals you find and use in a house basically!)

House has a small garden and patio area.

Off road parking available.

I prefer to do my own thing in the kitchen - you'd obviously have free rein to do your own thing too, just not the house for you if you want communal cooking. We would also share the sitting room (with Smart TV).

I like my own space and will completely respect you to have yours.

£600/month rent is for single person. £850 for couple.

Would consider having a small/medium-size dog here subject to him/her not being left alone for long periods or guinea pig/hamster type pet for small additional "rent". Not safe for cats though and I am phobic of snakes - sorry!
