I have a spacious double room available in my home on the Northwalls Grange Estate. I work full-time from home, and enjoy a quiet home life. I have two very sweet and friendly cats.
Bills included in the rent, and include: council tax (Band B), gas, electricity, water, TV licence, WiFi and Netflix.
i would consider a part-time let [ie Monday to Friday], and would reduce the rent accordingly (£580).
The room has a comfy double bed with a great orthopaedic mattress, two bedside tables with lamps, a free standing wardrobe, built in hanging closet, small TV and two bookcases. We don’t have TV channels or satellite, as most people have streaming subscriptions. House has washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
Whilst there isn't a dedicated parking space available, there is a lot of parking available on the estate, close to the house.
My home is my haven, and I would ideally prefer a quiet, independent, female tenant. I lead a quiet lifestyle, am not an extrovert, and love my home. I work from home - I have a full-time job working for a private healthcare provider, and I have a part-time private practice as a Psychotherapist! So a calm, happy home is essential to me.
