Room available in the beautiful village of Cheddon

I have a small double room in a 3 bed roomed cottage. The cottage is in a lovely setting of Cheddon Fitzpaine with beautiful surrounding countryside. However, it is only 3 miles from Taunton. There is parking at the back of the cottages and my neighbours have CCTV. The cottage has a cosy lounge with log burner and a dining room and kitchen. Bathroom is downstairs and has a shower over bath. There is gas central heating.
There is a large garden with 2 sheds and I have chickens and cats (4). I would hope that my new house share would like animals. The rent above would be for 7 days a week and would reduce for shorter stay. If you would only be staying during the week it would be £260 per calendar month (£65 per week). I do not mind if you smoke but it needs to be outside.
