Attractive spacious room in very quiet house.

Please view the video. I have a spacious room available for single use. It's on the ground floor and has its own front door. It is fully furnished and has a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a Freeview TV included, and I have broadband, which you access via a Wi-Fi repeater in the house. The rent I am asking is £500 pcm (£115.38 per week) payable either by monthly or 4-weekly standing order. Rent is inclusive; there will be nothing else to pay for. The council tax band is A. I would require 1 month’s deposit, returnable as soon as you leave. I can supply the bedding and towels, or you can bring your own. I am flexible about rearranging the room, or removing furniture, or you bringing your own. You are welcome to bring your own pictures or photos to put up.

Outside your room is a small kitchen area with cupboards, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge, an air-fryer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is a floor standing deep-freeze for your use (in the conservatory). There is a single drainer sink for your use, too. The main fully equipped kitchen with sink and gas cooker is also nearby, but shared. You can also use the conservatory and garden if you wish. There will be just the two of us in the house, plus my dog, a miniature poodle. So you would need to feel OK with a dog. He doesn't "moult", so no fur around. I am retired and don’t work, but lead a busy life.

This is a quiet residential close, with off-street parking outside your room. I am close to a bus route, and there is a well-stocked medium-sized Co-Op that is open 7 days a week from 7 am to 10 pm. It has a Post Office counter and an outside cashpoint just a 10-minute walk. There are two lovely pubs, both within short walking distance. There is also a petrol station in the village, as well as car workshops.
