Footmans is private and would be let in its entirety. It is up a set of stairs which leads into a hallway; bathroom off with roll top bath and full walk in rain shower; through to another room with kitchen, bedroom and seating area as a studio flat arrangement. Kitchen has microwave, toaster etc plus oven with solid plate hob; small dining table; double bed with smart TV and small sofa and chair; hanging rail and set of drawers. This is used for holidays during the summer so is only available for 6 months from 15th September to approx mid March. Price per month includes all bills. WIFI included.
