Hi there. I have a room to rent in my 2 bedroom apartment in Clevedon. The apartment is located within a historic building in Clevedon; Claremont Hall.
It is located a short walk from the town centre, Hill Road and the seafront. Bus stops that give access to Bristol and other local towns are a very short walk from the flat.
The room is currently unfurnished but I am willing to furnish it for a long term renter (at a potential increase in the monthly rent charge).
The kitchen was recently completely remodelled so is up to date and very modern. There is a shared lounge space that has also been recently redecorated and comes furnished with a sofa-bed that has storage and a table and chairs.
The room comes with plenty of off-street parking,

The council tax band for the property is Band B.
