The lodger space comprises of a double bedroom, a study/sitting room and large bathroom with bath and shower. This is within a large flat within a stunning victorian building, with thick stone walls. It feels luxurious and is a lovely place to live.

There is a shared decent sized kitchen and large lounge. All mod cons - cleaner, dishwasher, washer/dryer, lodger has own fridge. Lounge has pool table and wood burner - wood is included in the price.

The flat is very well located in mid-Clevedon. Just a few meters down the road you can see the sea. 5 minute walk to the pier beach and seafront cafes. 2 minute walk to buses to Bristol. 10 minutes max walk to the marine lake.

The flat is shared with myself and my sweet natured dog. He is an elderly chap so comes with some of the challenges associated with being an old dog.
