Currently, the studio room is part furnished (as pictured) with a double futon sofa plus table and chairs –– but a bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail and TV can also be provided, as required. In this case, the rent may be increased.

This is a fantastic location in mid-Clevedon – very close to the seafront and Hill Road shops. Bus stops for the X6 and X7 are three minutes' walk away. There is plenty of on street parking with no restrictions.

Bristol is about 25 minutes' drive.
Yatton, for train connections, is 12 minutes' drive.

The rent includes gas, electricity, council tax and wifi and the space is serviced by a combi boiler. Water will be billed separately.
