Furnished double room

I have a clean, bright double room to let, with a wardrobe, drawers and double bed. The house is a modern 4 bed detached on the riverbank with far-reaching views and a sunny garden with direct access to the riverbank. The bathroom will be largely yours as I have an ensuite, and we'll share the rest of the house. I'm a quiet, laid-back 54 year old male with a gardening job. My preferences for a housemate are minimal, I shall simply trust my instincts, but someone quiet, respectful and tidy will always get my vote! I'll consider pets, the house is ideally placed for a well behaved dog, with the river right on the doorstep. I'm very happy to discuss any further queries by phone. The house is well positioned for buses, shops, Sports centre and pubs within walking distance. I would prefer a couple tbh, but would consider a single occupant if they are willing to meet the cost on their own.
