Hello! I am looking for a lodger for my spare double room. I have one lodger already residing in my en-suite room.

The room:

- Double bed
- Under bed storage

The house:
- Large kitchen-diner
- You will have your own space in the fridge and kitchen cupboards to store your food.
- Use of the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer
- Nice garden and patio

We don’t have a home office so this wouldn’t be suitable for someone wanting to work from home all the time.

The number 2 bus also runs from just outside the house making getting into town a breeze.
