Room available until October

Hi there,

I’m offering a spacious double bedroom in this house for the summer, as my tenancy starts in July but my university term doesn't begin until October. During these months, the live-in landlord will be staying in the house (a female student), and while the other housemate may or may not be around, the place will still be cozy and comfortable.

The room is large and comes with a double bed, and a desk. You’ll have access to a shared living room and kitchen, along with 2 bathrooms and an additional WC. For your convenience, there’s a fish and chips shop right next door, and a big Sainsbury’s just a 20-minute walk away. Plus, the bus stop is only a minute away, making the commute to the city very easy.
