Double room in Cosy Cottage

Hello!

I’m looking to replace my housemate who’s moving in with his girlfriend which means there is now a vacancy for someone looking for a double room in this cosy wee cottage. This is a home not a just a room in a house where you have access to the whole house (except each others bedrooms). I ideally would like to find someone where we can be friends, is up for movie nights or sharing a meal here or there but also enjoys their own space.

- Double bedroom unfurnished.
- There is also a small spare room we currently use for storage and hobbies. This would make a perfect home office for anywho who works from home.
- We are the first ones to live here since it’s renovation last year. New kitchen bathrooms, flooring the lot!
- In the kitchen there is all new: washing machine, freezer & dishwasher.
- Open plan living and dining room with a working fire stove which is lovely and warm in the winter.
- There is a garden I grow lots of veggies in the summer.
- There is a bathroom with a bath and shower. Plus two other toilets (we use one of them as storage).
- There is a small room we use for drying clothes.
- There is plenty car parking nearby and we are outside of the CAZ zone.
- We have a wee shed that’s perfect for storing bikes.

Bills (internet, water, energy and council tax) is usually £190 per month.

The bus stop is only 5 mins walking and it’s 8mins on the bus down into the center of Bath

About me

I like a clean house but I’d say I don’t not a show home. I’m a creative at heart and enjoy all sorts of projects from diy, sewing drawing and baking. I like going out for dinner, pub quizzes, going to the gym and occasionally I have a have friends over for a craft night, but often you’ll find me curled up on the sofa watching Gilmore Girls or whatever new show is out on Netflix.
