Short stay / sublet for one month

We are advertising a flat of two rooms, kitchen, and garden at a very pretty place in Bath, for a month while we are away. The flat has two rooms, and one of them (single bed) is available from 7th July to 7th August. We are looking for someone who is coming to the city and someone looking for a place for a short stay during summer.

The house is located in Combe Down, which has very good commute by buses to the city centre. Buses run every 15 minutes.

The house is facilitated with furnished kitchen (comes with toaster, kettle), two fridges, washing machine, table and chairs and bed.

It is ideal for singles, professionals, or students. We just wish to make sure that the occupants keep the place tidy.

If someone wishes to see the property she/he can come to view the property during weekend.
