Short stay / sublet for one month

We are advertising a flat of two rooms, kitchen, and garden at a very pretty place in Bath, for a month while we are away. The flat has two rooms, which are available from 3rd of July to 7th of August. We are looking for someone who is coming to the city and someone looking for a place for a short stay during summer.

We are okay if someone wish to rent the whole property for a month (£1300, including utilities’ bills, council tax) but also have no issues if two individuals occupy the place (£650 each).

The house is located in Combe Down, which has very good commute by buses to the city centre. Buses run every 15 minutes.

The house is facilitated with furnished kitchen (comes with toaster, kettle), two fridges, washing machine, table and chairs and bed.

It is ideal for singles, couples, professionals, or students. We just wish to make sure that the occupants keep the place tidy.

If someone wishes to see the property she/he can either video call or come to view the property during weekend.
