King size room with countryside view

I am renting the in second largest room in the house. It has a king size bed, large wardrobe and chest of draws. The room looks over the garden and the fields beyond. The whole property has recently been painted. It is fresh and clean, in an idyllic location. There is a Gastro pub across the road, a small stream and it has a relaxing atmosphere all around you. It is close to the A358 between Taunton and Minehead giving easy access to either town. There is a large drive providing parking for three vehicles. Having your own vehicle is advisable due to rural location.
I own the property but I am away one night a week on average, meaning the tenant will have days of complete privacy.
I have 3 cats and 3 dogs who are well behaved, so animal lover is essential. The house is extremely clean and pet hair is definitely not an issue.
I am looking for a professional person or student that is friendly and happy to clean up after themselves and just respect the home.
References would be preferred but not to essential.
