Double room w own bathroom and dressing room/study

Smithy End has its own front door leading into a sitting room with TV/Netflix etc and kitchen/utility room.
Upstairs is a double bedroom, large landing/study/dressing room and bathroom with bath and shower.
I live in the other part of the house - there is an interconnecting door - which is private. I have my own kitchen and sitting room and only need access to use the utility room.
I am looking for someone relatively quiet.
I work from home so am often around.
There is a small, private garden and an off road parking space on the drive. I have a garage for storage.
I have stated that maximum rental is 6 months. This is negotiable.
The cost covers all bills. The bedroom is not very big and ceilings are quite low so may not suit someone very tall!
