Double room in quiet village

I am a single parent with a 6 year old son who lives with me full time and am renting out my spare double room. It has a bed, a large chest of drawers and a shelving unit. Ideally, I am looking for someone who would like a Mon-Fri let or Mon-Fri plus every other weekend. However, I’m open to other arrangements.

My house is in Cotford St Luke, a quiet village near Taunton. It’s fairly close to Musgrove Hospital (just over 3 miles). I work daytimes Monday-Friday term time only so am at home during the evenings and at weekends. We have a driveway which has room for a second car and a garage which could be used for storage. We also have a lovely garden to the rear. I do not allow smoking inside the house.

Ideally, anyone living with us would be looking for a quiet home. They would be a clean, tidy, friendly professional. My current lodger has given me notice so the room is available from 1st April 2022.
