2-bed Annex stunning views use of POOL

3-bed Annex to rent in rural Somerset countryside.

The house is a beautiful old barn-style stone house with extensions, and is based in between Glastonbury, Frome and Bruton in Somerset. One extension I have turned into an 3-bed Annex with rooms to rent, bills included, with a separate private kitchen and private entrance. One is a beautiful and spacious furnished double room, and the other room is a cosy but reasonably sized attic bedroom with two single beds (which could be made into a double). The third bedroom also has an L-shaped sofa and could double as a Living Room. There is also a beautiful bathroom with wood floors, shower and claw-foot bath. 

Myself and my partner live in the main part of the house but we are looking to rent the Annex fully.

Two friends, a couple or even a family would be a good solution. No dogs allowed. Cats welcome. 

I am a textile designer in my late 40s and poet/writer and love all things wild in nature, cinema, travel, photography, art and music. My partner is a photographer (we share a lot of interests) and we both work from home, but are also in London increasingly (where I am from and we both lived before). We are both very young at heart and a mixture of the creative, the leader and the rebel spirit! 

There is a paddock with extensive vegetable beds and a greenhouse, a viewing deck (with amazing views), bonfire area, and a timber yurt we rent out on Airbnb. There is also an indoor swimming pool which Annex tenants would get to use at certain times-slots in the week.

The countryside is beautiful and there are plentiful walks and places to explore nearby. Tenants would need a car as it is remote, which makes it lovely and private and quiet. 

We are looking for a minimum of 1 month and ideally up to 6, but it would of course depend on how we connect! We are also looking for ideas on collaborations with anyone green-fingered or carpentry-leaning, who would get a slightly reduced rent on certain months for help around the house and gardens. 



We would prefer to rent the whole space and not each room individually. The rent is £1900 for all 3-bedrooms and private spaces, private entrance, and includes bills and use of the swimming pool at set times in the week.
