Single room in large friendly house

I have a room to rent in my bungalow, it is furnished with a single bed, sofa and built in wardrobe.
The kitchen is large with various white goods , table and chairs and a cupboard for your dry food.
The bathroom is shared.
I have a cat and a lively dog who seems to love my lodgers .

There are plenty of supermarkets locally and access to J 25 of the motorway is about 10 minutes away.
Blackbrook business park is close by and Hinckley Point is 19 miles away.

Transport is needed as the bus service is very infrequent.
If you like walking there is a canal that runs to Bridgwater
As we live on a small private road which is very quiet I am looking for someone who can respect my neighbours and lead a quiet life..
