Double room in shared home, crewkerne

I have a double room to rent in the place I’m currently renting in Crewkerne. The house is an old terraced house with modern, neutral interior, there is a shared lounge, kitchen with space to eat round kitchen table, bathroom with bath and outdoor space.
I moved in in January and ideally would love someone like minded with a mixture of wanting to share the occasional meal/ film together etc but equally independent. I like to keep the house clean and tidy but am happy to chat about preferences in terms of having communal food supplies etc.

I teach at Exeter university and often work from home although spend a lot of my spare time out of the house. If this sounds compatible with what you’re looking for in a home, I’d love to hear from you.
